1. ILC1-D AC Contactor Applications:

ILC1-D series AC contactor is suitable for using in the circuits up to the rated voltage 660V AC 50Hz or 60Hz, rated current 95A, for making,breaking, frequent starting & controlling the AC motor. Combined with the auxiliary contact block, air dealer & machine-interlocking device etc, it becomes the delay contactor, mechanical interlocking contactor, star-delta starter. With the thermal relay, it is combined into the electromagnetic starter. The products com-ply with IEC60947-4-1 standard.

2．NORMAL RUNNING AND INSTALLATION CONDITIONS
2.1 Ambient air temperature: -5°C-+40°C,  the average value should not exceed +35°C within 24 hours.
2.2 Elevation: at most 2000m.
2.3 Atmospheric conditions: When the temperature at 40, the relative humidity of atomsphere should be at the most 50%. When at relatively low temperatures, it could have higher relative humidity. Monthly maximum relative humidity could be not more than 90%. Special measures should be taken due to occurrence of dews.
2.4 Class of pollution:Class 3
2.5 Installation category:III
2.6 Installation conditions: Degree of inclination between fitting surface and vertical surface should  not exceed ±5°.
2.7 Impact shock: Product should be installed and used in the place where often shakes and impacts.

3. CONSTRUCTION FEATURES
3.1 Adopt building block system to mount auxiliary contactor block, air delay auxiliary contactor,
 thermal overload relay and so on, which can be combined into multiple derived series product.
3.2 Contactor has the advantage of Small volume, light, low consumption, high life, good safety.
3.3 Main contactor below 32A has 1 N/C or 1 N/O, there is 1 N/C and 1 N/O above 40A. Contactor can be assembled with F4, F8 auxiliary contact or Time-delay block.
3.4 Contactor can not only use screw mounting, but also use 35mm\[CJX-09~95],75mm \[CJX-40~95] and2 x 35mm\[CJX-115~170] international standard Din-rail mounting.
